itrek launched in 2011 with a mission to empower leaders to engage their networks in
meaningful Israel experiences, fostering an understanding and appreciation of Israel’s unique culture, diversity and complex reality. More than 25,000 graduate students representing 130 nationalities from schools in the US, Canada and Europe have traveled to Israel through itrek.
itrek Accelerator
The itrek Accelerator is designed as a modular experience to help current itrek Leaders realize their full potential. itrek’s unique approach delivers dual value: helping itrek Leaders develop the necessary skills to lead their peers on journeys to Israel and bring nuanced Israel experiences to campus as well as accelerating their leadership capabilities well beyond the scope of the Israel experience. The program plays a key role in building the community of itrek Leaders and provides a unique experience for them to connect, be inspired, and gain the tools needed for the success of their Israel experiences as well as their future leadership.
Accelerator Weekend
The itrek Accelerator Weekend is designed to empower itrek Leaders on their journey to build and lead an authentic, nuanced and fun experience in Israel and on campus for their peers. The program offers unparalleled access to experts, content and tools for Leaders to strengthen their leadership skills and elevate their Israel experiences. Throughout the Weekend, itrek Leaders connect with one another, work with preeminent tour educators, and engage with alumni, building a strong network that will support them as they lead their Israel experiences and beyond.
